Programs Of
Study:
The two levels
of study (Level 1: Ministry Training and Level 2: Leadership
Development)
are structured with the mission and vision of INSTE in mind.
INSTE Level One:
for all believers who desire to grow in their faith and
service to the Lord.
We call it Ministry Training, because we've all been called
to service in our homes, churches
and communites.
INSTE Level Two:
designed for those whom God has called and gifted for church
leadership.
This college-level program guides students both academically
and practically (through personal
mentoring by an experienced church leader) in their
preparation for church leadership.
A non-leader track is also available to provide advanced
Bible and theology studies for the Level 1
graduate who, although not sensing God's call to leadership,
desires to serve the Lord faithfully
in his/her church, home, and community.
